SuperCling Pressure Sensitive Vinyl
Low Tack Removable Pressure Sensitive Vinyl SuperCling LTR: is designed for short and long term applications on glass or other glossy surfaces but also for use on surfaces such as metals, woods, plastics, and most smooth wall surfaces. LTR’s unique premium adhesive is designed for controlled tack (limited growth) for easy long-term removability (up to 6 months) without leaving residue. SuperCling is used for point-of-purchase advertising, promotional items, seasonal decals, protective layering and many more applications that need a more aggressive adhesion that cling vinyl film. 4mil Clear SuperCling adhesive is intended for applications that require see-beyond clarity. It does provide excellent contact clarity (surfaces to which it is applied show through clearly). The clear also provides excellent contact clarity (surfaces to which it is applied show through clearly). 4mil Clear is ideal for storefront window applications, beer cooler signage, etc. White SuperCling LTR is available in a
4mil & 6mil
thickness and has a 90# lay-flat liner. 54” wide master roll stock – Available in rolls and sheets Product Description:
White SuperCling LTR is available in a 4mil & 6mil thickness and has a 90# lay-flat liner. We highly recommend testing adhesion of printed SuperCling pieces to your wall surfaces, especially if it has a laminate. 54” wide master roll stock – Available in rolls and sheets Print Application: Non-topcoated PS vinyl is suitable for printing by Screen printing, UV offset lithography, UV flexography, Solvent Digital Ink Jet & UV Curable printing (Flat bed printers) and the HP LATEX solvent printer A Matte Top-Coating for the white is available for Conventional Litho printing.
Recommendation: For Wall applications,
completely evaporate inkjet solvents before application. Failure to
do so may facilitate solvent penetration resulting in PLA film and
Adhesive Degradation. Applications involving die or kiss cutting and
a print bleed to the edge is especially important to let sit and
evaporate for at least 24 hours.
